Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field • MBA preferred
Experience Level
• Minimum 10–18 years of experience in the Steel or Building Materials Industry • Strong experience in TMT Bars, Roofing Sheets, Wire Products, or related construction materials • Proven track record in African markets, preferably East Africa • Experience in sales leadership, distributor management, and market development
Additional Information
• Experience in Steel, TMT Bars, Roofing Sheets, or Wire Products is mandatory • East Africa market exposure will be highly preferred • Strong network within the construction and infrastructure sector is an advantage
