Export - Import Executive
Job Description
Handle end-to-end import and export operations Coordinate customs clearance activities and regulatory compliance Manage shipping documentation, permits, and trade-related paperwork Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and logistics providers Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries Coordinate transportation and local logistics operations Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and customs procedures
Education & Experience
Education
Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Shipping, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Level
Minimum 3+ Years of Shipping, Logistics, Export-Import, or Freight Forwarding Experience in Tanzania
Additional Information
Minimum 3 years of relevant Shipping/Logistics experience in Tanzania is mandatory Strong knowledge of Import/Export Procedures, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, and Shipping Documentation required Experience with local Tanzania logistics and customs processes preferred Experience working with clearing agents, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities preferred
