Quality control and product inspection across production processes Corrugated carton design, development, and testing Analyze paper grades, GSM specifications, and flute profiles Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards Drive defect reduction and wastage control initiatives Coordinate with production and machine operators for quality improvements Develop cost-effective packaging solutions and optimize product performance

Education
Degree / Diploma in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field
Experience Level
8–15+ Years in Corrugated Packaging / Carton Manufacturing Industry
Additional Information
Experience in Corrugated Box / Carton Packaging Industry is strongly preferred Candidates with experience in corrugated board manufacturing, carton conversion, and packaging quality management will be given preference
