Plant Engineer – Recycling & Plastics Injection Molding
Job Description
Oversee plastic recycling and pelletizing operations including waste sorting, washing, extrusion, and pellet production Optimize extrusion parameters, formulations, and additives to ensure consistent pellet quality Manage injection molding production including mold changes, machine setup, process optimization, and scrap reduction Diagnose and repair electrical, PLC, control panel, sensor, and motor-related faults Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and auxiliary equipment Maintain air compressors, water chillers, and utility systems

Education & Experience
Education
Any Graduate with Relevant Experience in Plastics Recycling, Extrusion, Injection Molding, or Plant Engineering
Experience Level
5+ Years in Plastic Recycling, Pelletizing, Injection Molding, and Plant Maintenance Operations
Additional Information
Strong experience in Plastic Recycling, Pelletizing, Extrusion, and Injection Molding is required Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, Electrical Systems, Sensors, Motors, and Industrial Controls preferred Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization is essential Candidates with experience in plastics manufacturing, packaging, recycling, or polymer industries will be preferred
