Wire Nail Machine Operator
Job Description
Set up and operate wire nail manufacturing machines Feed wire coils and adjust nail length, head diameter, and cutting settings as per production requirements Monitor production processes and ensure machine efficiency Inspect nails for length, diameter, head formation, point sharpness, and finish Segregate defective products and maintain quality standards Achieve shift-wise production targets Perform routine cleaning, oiling, greasing, and basic machine maintenance Replace dies, cutters, grippers, and hammers as required
Education & Experience
Education
8th / 10th Pass or ITI in Fitter, Machinist, Mechanical Trade, or related discipline
Experience Level
5–10 Years of Experience Operating Wire Nail Manufacturing Machines
Additional Information
Experience in Wire Nail Manufacturing is mandatory Candidates should be willing to work day/night shifts and overtime as per production requirements Contract Duration: 2 Years
