Accounting & Auditing Consultant
Job Description
• Lead and oversee accounting structuring and review engagements • Design and implement accounting frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls • Conduct monthly and quarterly accounting reviews • Assess accounting systems and recommend process improvements • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations • Support clients in setting up and optimizing accounting systems and workflows • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and executive summaries • Advise management on accounting and financial control matters
Education & Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred • Fluency in English and French (Mandatory)
Experience Level
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and auditing • Experience managing audit engagements and financial advisory/consulting assignments
