CCM Technician (Compression Molding Machine)
Job Description
Operate and monitor CCM machines for efficient production Ensure cap quality standards related to weight, dimensions, thread quality, leakage performance, and color consistency Perform mold setup, machine adjustments, and product changeovers Carry out preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, heating, air pressure, and mold-related issues Monitor HDPE/PP raw material consumption and minimize wastage Maintain production records, downtime reports, and rejection analysis Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards

Education & Experience
Education
Diploma / ITI / Technical Qualification in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred
Experience Level
Experience operating Compression Molding Machines (CCM) with strong knowledge of plastic cap manufacturing processes
Additional Information
Strong knowledge of plastic cap manufacturing processes required Exposure to preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities preferred Understanding of HDPE and PP raw materials is essential
