Job Description
Lead and manage the accounts and finance department. Oversee plant accounting operations and financial controls. Manage manufacturing costing and inventory accounting processes. Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. Manage statutory audits, financial audits, and regulatory compliance.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting principles and financial management.
Experience Level
Experience in: Plant Accounting Manufacturing Costing Inventory Control Financial Reporting Candidates from Steel Plants, Rolling Mills, Iron & Steel Manufacturing, or Metal Processing Units will be preferred.
Additional Information
Steel industry experience is mandatory and non-negotiable. Candidates without steel manufacturing experience may not be considered.
