Post-Production Manager (R-PET Granule Production)
Job Description
Manage end-to-end PET recycling and R-PET granule production operations. Operate and oversee Starlinger and Borotech recycling and production lines. Monitor daily production performance, product quality, and machine efficiency. Analyze and minimize production downtime. Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and workforce productivity. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards. Prepare production reports and operational performance updates. Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and manufacturing regulations.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Technical certifications in Plastic Recycling, Polymer Processing, or Manufacturing Operations will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 6+ years of experience in: PET Recycling Operations R-PET Granule Production Plastic Recycling Manufacturing Production Management Hands-on experience operating Starlinger and Borotech production lines. Experience in team management, shift operations, and manufacturing process control.
Additional Information
Direct experience in PET recycling and R-PET granule production is mandatory. Knowledge of Starlinger and Borotech equipment is a key requirement. Candidates with strong production troubleshooting and process optimization experience will be preferred. Ability to manage production teams, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
