Maintenance Technician (Metal Crown Caps)
Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Diagnose machine faults and carry out troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Ensure smooth operation of production lines and manufacturing equipment. Maintain plant utilities and supporting equipment. Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and repair history. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives. Improve machine reliability and production efficiency.
Education & Experience
Education
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Certifications in Industrial Maintenance, TPM, PLCs, or Preventive Maintenance will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of experience in: Industrial Machine Maintenance, Production Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Repairs. Experience in the following industries will be highly preferred: Metal Crown Caps Manufacturing, Beverage Closures, Packaging Industry, Metal Printing Industry, Beverage Manufacturing.
Additional Information
Candidates with experience in crown cap manufacturing or beverage packaging industries will receive preference. Knowledge of TPM and production efficiency improvement initiatives is highly desirable. Ability to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support production efficiency initiatives.
