PVC Engineer
Job Description
Oversee PVC pipe manufacturing and extrusion operations. Manage and optimize PVC formulations and production processes. Troubleshoot production, process, and quality-related issues. Monitor and improve extrusion line performance and productivity. Supervise operation and maintenance of PVC extruders and downstream equipment. Ensure product quality meets required specifications and standards. Lead production teams and provide technical guidance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor production KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Plastics Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Experience Level
10+ Years. Extensive experience in PVC Pipe Manufacturing Plants. Strong expertise in PVC Formulations and Extrusion Processes.
