Manager – O&M (Solar PV Projects)
Job Description
Lead execution and commissioning activities for utility-scale solar PV projects. Manage end-to-end Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants. Monitor plant performance and implement optimization strategies. Oversee SCADA systems, performance monitoring, and reporting. Manage grid integration activities and ensure stable connectivity. Supervise site teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality requirements. Manage substations, transformers, switchgear, and electrical infrastructure. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Diploma holders with strong relevant Solar PV experience may also be considered.
Experience Level
8–12 Years. Proven experience in MW-scale ground-mounted Solar PV Projects. Strong experience in Project Execution, Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
Additional Information
Experience in MW-scale ground-mounted Solar PV projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, grid integration, and plant monitoring is essential. Candidates should possess expertise in substations, transformers, switchgear, and grid connectivity. Focus on HSE compliance, plant performance, and operational excellence is critical.
