Operations Manager
Job Description
Oversee and manage daily factory and business operations. Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets. Ensure efficient workflow and productivity across all departments. Safeguard company assets and implement effective loss-control measures. Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. Act as the primary liaison between local operations and senior management.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Operations/Production Management is an added advantage
Experience Level
Proven experience in factory, manufacturing, production, or operations management
Additional Information
