Warehouse Manager
Job Description
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch and deliveries Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and distribution processes Coordinate with the Accounts team to monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry inventory Verify sales invoices to ensure accurate billing and documentation Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy Implement warehouse process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Professional certification in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations. Experience working in African markets is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management processes.
