Diamond Core Drilling Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise daily diamond core drilling operations and drilling crews. Monitor drilling parameters, penetration rates, and overall drilling performance. Maximize core recovery and ensure proper handling of core samples. Ensure efficient utilization of drilling rigs, equipment, and consumables. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Coordinate with geologists, clients, and site management to achieve project objectives. Prepare daily drilling reports and monitor productivity against project targets. Lead field teams and resolve operational challenges.

Education & Experience
Education
Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Drilling Technology, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience Level
8+ Years in Diamond Core Drilling Operations
Additional Information
Industry: Mining Exploration / Drilling. A strong background in mineral exploration drilling is mandatory. Proven experience supervising drilling crews and field operations is required. Previous work experience on African mining projects will be an added advantage. Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
