Dispatch cum Sales Accountant
Job Description
Prepare and verify sales invoices and dispatch documentation. Process vendor and transporter payments. Maintain sales accounting records and perform vendor reconciliations. Manage ERP master data and transactions (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). Prepare MIS reports and customer ageing analysis. Ensure VAT/GST compliance and statutory reporting. Coordinate with Dispatch, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams. Maintain accurate accounting records and support monthly closing activities.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience Level
3–5 years in Dispatch, Sales Accounting, or Manufacturing Accounts (Manufacturing industry preferred)
Additional Information
Industry: Manufacturing (Preferred). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is required. Strong knowledge of Sales Accounting, Dispatch Documentation, MIS Reporting, Vendor Reconciliation, and VAT Compliance is preferred.
