Job Description
Manage large-scale warehouse operations and material storage facilities Oversee inventory control, material planning, and warehouse optimization Ensure timely availability of drilling, production, engineering, maintenance, and project materials Maintain inventory accuracy, material traceability, and stock integrity Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) for efficient warehouse operations Ensure compliance with HSE standards, warehouse regulations, and company policies Lead warehouse audits, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and project teams
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Logistics (CSCP, CIPS, CPM, etc.) are an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 20+ years of experience in Warehouse Management. Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production industry. Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, inventory control, material planning, and logistics. Experience handling drilling, production, engineering, maintenance, and project materials. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle). Experience working in remote operational sites and multicultural environments is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Candidates must have 20+ years of Warehouse Management experience with mandatory exposure to the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production industry. Strong expertise in WMS, SAP/Oracle ERP, inventory management, material traceability, warehouse safety, audits, and process improvement is essential. Experience managing drilling, production, engineering, maintenance, and project materials is mandatory.
