Finance Manager
Job Description
Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team. Oversee daily finance and accounting operations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking activities. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, budgets, and forecasts. Handle accounts payable, receivable, and ledger management. Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and project accounting. Manage import/export documentation, LC documentation, and bank guarantees. Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial controls. Maintain ERP/Tally records and accounting systems. Coordinate internal and external audits. Analyze financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Education
M.Com from a recognized university (India) MBA in Finance (preferred) Inter-CA / ICWA (preferred)
Experience Level
Minimum 20+ years in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Management
Additional Information
Industry: Mining Supply & Engineering. Experience with Tally and ERP systems is required. Strong knowledge of cash flow planning, budgeting, inventory accounting, costing, LC documentation, multiple currencies, and statutory compliance is essential. Experience in Mining, Engineering, Equipment Supply, Trading, or related industries will be an added advantage.
