Job Description
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund management. Prepare MIS reports and conduct financial performance analysis. Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization. Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate internal and external audits. Strengthen internal controls and risk management.

Education & Experience
Education
Graduation (B.Com/M.Com preferred); CA/CMA/MBA Finance will be an added advantage
Experience Level
5+ years in Finance & Accounting, preferably in Manufacturing
Additional Information
Industry: Edible Oil Manufacturing / Palm Oil Refinery. Experience in manufacturing finance is preferred. Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Manufacturing Costing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Audit Coordination, and Taxation is required. Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP/Tally and Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are required.
