Job Description
Manage end-to-end fleet operations as an independent business unit. Oversee Fleet P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives. Lead workshop operations, vehicle maintenance, and spares management. Manage fleets of 100+ commercial vehicles. Optimize fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and asset reliability. Monitor fleet performance using telematics, GPS, and CCTV systems. Lead and develop high-performing operations teams. Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
