Cost Controller (Mid Management)
Job Description
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Drive cost control, budget compliance, and financial governance. Monitor budget utilization, cash flow, and financial performance. Conduct budget variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Develop financial dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports. Strengthen internal controls, procurement governance, and expenditure monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and operational performance. Support leadership with data-driven financial insights and strategic decision-making.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Cost Control, and Financial Performance Management
Additional Information
Industry: Hospitality (Diversified Group Company) Candidates should currently be in a mid-level management role. Hospitality or FMCG industry background is preferred.
