Finance Manager
Job Description
Manage financial accounting and reporting. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Handle manufacturing costing and cost accounting. Manage inventory accounting and cash flow. Prepare MIS reports and perform financial analysis. Ensure internal controls, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit coordination. Work with ERP/SAP/Tally and Advanced Excel for financial operations. Manage banking relationships and working capital. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

B.Com/M.Com (CA/CMA/MBA Finance will be an added advantage)

5+ years
Additional Information
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Finance, FMCG, Food Processing, Agro Processing, or Process Industries. Candidates with strong manufacturing finance experience are preferred. International opportunity based in Kenya.
