Production Officer – PET Injection & Blow Molding (Stretch Blow Molding)
Job Description
Operate and supervise PET Preform Injection Molding and Stretch Blow Molding production. Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Plan and monitor production activities to meet output targets. Coordinate mold maintenance and ensure machine reliability. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices. Lead production teams and ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Manage production of PET bottles up to 5-litre capacity.
Education & Experience
Education
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Plastics Engineering
Experience Level
5+ years in PET Preform Injection Molding & Stretch Blow Molding
Additional Information
Industry: PET Packaging / Manufacturing. Stretch Blow Molding experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of PET Preforms, PET Bottles, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Production Planning, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen is required. Candidates with hands-on experience in PET packaging manufacturing are preferred.
