Cost Controller (Mid Management)
Job Description
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the hospitality business. Drive cost control, budget compliance, and financial governance across departments. Monitor budget utilization, cash flow, and overall financial performance. Conduct budget variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Develop financial dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports. Strengthen internal controls, procurement governance, and expenditure monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and operational performance.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Cost Control, and Financial Performance Management in a Mid-Level Management role
Additional Information
Industry: Hospitality (Diversified Group Company). Background in Hospitality or FMCG is preferred. Hands-on experience with Zoho Expense, Zoho Projects, or similar ERP systems is an added advantage. Strong expertise in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Cost Control, Financial Performance Management, MIS Reporting, Budget Variance Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Internal Controls, and Procurement Governance is required.
