Finance Manager
Job Description
Manage manufacturing costing and cost accounting processes. Prepare budgets, financial statements, and management reports. Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Maintain inventory control and inventory valuation. Ensure accurate accounting records and statutory compliance. Manage ERP systems and financial data integrity. Perform financial analysis and provide business insights. Support audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance. Experience in paper packaging manufacturing is preferred.
Additional Information
Manufacturing finance experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting is essential. Experience with ERP systems is preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Tanzania are encouraged to apply.
