Blow Room Technical Expert
Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Saurer blow room lines. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, and inverter faults. Support equipment installation, commissioning, and production startup. Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance. Monitor equipment performance and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Education & Experience
Education
HND / B.Eng. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Level
Proven experience in maintaining Saurer or similar textile blow room equipment. Experience in installation and commissioning is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of PLC-controlled systems, pneumatic conveying, and inverter-driven machines.
