Injection & Blow Moulding Machine Operator (Day Shift)
Job Description
Operate and monitor injection and blow moulding machines. Perform mould setting, loading/unloading, and machine parameter adjustments. Manage production using PP, PET, and HDPE materials. Troubleshoot common moulding and machine defects. Ensure product quality standards and minimize rejection rates. Perform routine machine upkeep and maintain workplace cleanliness. Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle time settings for optimal production. Work independently during day shifts while meeting production targets.

Education & Experience
Education
Diploma/Technical qualification in Mechanical, Production, or Plastic Processing is preferred. Relevant experience in plastic moulding operations is acceptable.
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the plastic moulding industry. Hands-on experience with Chinese injection and blow moulding machines preferred.
Additional Information
Machine capacities: 150T, 250T, and 450T (Chinese machines). Materials handled: PP, PET, and HDPE. Strong understanding of moulding process parameters is required. The ability to work independently is essential.
