Finance Manager
Job Description
Prepare and manage financial reports and statutory reporting. Oversee cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Manage taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance. Monitor inventory accounting and working capital. Ensure effective financial controls and internal compliance. Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) for financial management.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. CA / ACCA / CPA qualification preferred.
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience. Recent 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo preferred.
Additional Information
Recent manufacturing finance experience is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with CA, ACCA, or CPA qualifications. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is preferred. Location: Mombasa, Kenya.
