Job Description
Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, engineering, warehousing, and supply chain Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives Optimize manufacturing costs and improve operational efficiency Manage plant P&L, budgets, and CAPEX planning Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Improve customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance

Education & Experience
Education
Engineering Degree (Preferred). MBA is an added advantage. Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Black Belt certifications are advantageous.
Experience Level
Minimum 15+ years in flexible packaging manufacturing. Minimum 5+ years managing rotogravure printing and solvent/solvent-less lamination operations. Proven experience in plant management and operational leadership.
