Finance Manager
Job Description
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee product costing and cost control initiatives. Manage treasury operations and optimize working capital. Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation laws, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. Monitor cash flow and financial performance. Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualification CA / ACCA / CPA is mandatory. MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance. At least 3 years in a Finance leadership role. Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry is preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Odoo ERP.
Additional Information
CA / ACCA / CPA qualification is mandatory. Manufacturing Finance experience is essential. Candidates with FMCG or Manufacturing industry background will be preferred. Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Costing, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Working Capital Management, IFRS, Taxation, Audit, and Statutory Compliance is required. Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Odoo ERP is mandatory.
