Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities. Manage transportation and distribution operations across the supply chain. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials and finished products. Maintain logistics records and ERP data accurately. Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for logistics optimization. Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
Experience Level
3–5+ years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain operations. Experience in Edible Oils, Agri-Commodities, FMCG, or Refining industries. West Africa experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems is required.
Additional Information
Strong understanding of West African transportation and logistics networks is preferred. Candidates from Edible Oils, Agri-Commodities, FMCG, or Refining industries will be given preference. ERP proficiency is mandatory.
