Quality Head – API Steel Pipes
Job Description
Lead and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations. Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and other applicable international quality standards. Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures. Oversee inspections, testing, and quality control processes throughout production. Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Address customer quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Certification in Quality Management (ISO/API) will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
15–20 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control. Mandatory experience in API Steel Pipes or Steel Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in leading quality teams and implementing international quality standards.
Additional Information
Candidates must have extensive experience in API Steel Pipes or Steel Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of API specifications, ISO standards, quality systems, inspections, and testing procedures is essential. Leadership experience in managing quality teams within a manufacturing environment is required.
