Finance Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Strengthen internal controls and financial governance. Support business decision-making through financial analysis and insights. Manage audits and coordinate with external stakeholders. Lead and mentor the finance team.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
Experience Level
Experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role. Experience in the Coffee Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Additional Information
Experience in Coffee Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, or Manufacturing will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and business performance management is essential.
