Accounts Manager
Job Description
Prepare monthly Management Accounts and MIS reports. Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis. Perform cost analysis and reconcile cost accounts. Prepare financial analysis and business performance reports. Coordinate internal audits and ensure statutory and internal compliance. Monitor credit control and working capital. Support business leadership with financial planning and decision-making. Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team on financial reporting and business initiatives. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Assist in improving financial controls and reporting processes.
Education & Experience
Education
CA Inter, B.Com, or M.Com. Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Reporting, and Budgeting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision.
Experience Level
8–15 years of experience in Accounts and Finance within the Manufacturing or Trading industry. Experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
Industry: Manufacturing / Trading. Candidates must have strong expertise in Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Audit Coordination, and Commercial Finance. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision ERP is preferred. Experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
