Finance Manager
Job Description
Manage the organization's accounting and financial management functions. Prepare accurate financial reports and perform financial analysis. Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently. Oversee cost accounting and implement cost control measures. Handle project costing and financial planning for construction projects. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements. Maintain and optimize ERP/accounting software systems.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience Level
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management. Mandatory: Experience in the Construction Industry.
