Job Description
Manage warehouse stock, inventory, dispatch, and procurement activities. Handle and maintain over 400 inventory items efficiently. Supervise loading and offloading operations. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely material availability. Monitor inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Prepare inventory reports and ensure stock accuracy. Ensure proper storage and efficient warehouse operations.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Level
Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations. Experience handling large inventory volumes is preferred. Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Strong counting and inventory management skills are essential. Experience with FIFO inventory management is required. Error-free WhatsApp communication skills are expected. Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage. Willingness to learn Swahili and French is preferred. Preferred age: Candidates in their 30s.
