Senior Procurement Professional
Job Description
Manage end-to-end corporate procurement activities. Source engineering equipment, materials, and technical services. Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with local and international vendors. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Ensure timely procurement for ongoing operational and capital projects. Manage supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams to meet procurement requirements.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline). Professional certifications such as CIPS or equivalent will be an added advantage. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement platforms is preferred.
Experience Level
Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience. Proven experience handling corporate procurement of engineering equipment, materials, and technical services.
Additional Information
Candidates with procurement experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Metal & Mining, or EPC industries are encouraged to apply. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
