Accounts Manager
Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports. Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Perform cost analysis and variance analysis. Prepare accurate financial reports and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Utilize ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision, for financial management.
Education & Experience
Education
CA Inter, B.Com, or M.Com. Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS), Budgeting, Cost Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Variance Analysis. ERP knowledge, preferably Microsoft Navision. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience Level
8–15 years of experience in the Trading or Manufacturing industry. Experience in the Steel Industry is an added advantage.
Additional Information
