Accounts Manager
Job Description
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Develop budgets and perform variance analysis. Conduct cost analysis and reconcile costs with financial accounts. Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports. Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making. Coordinate with internal auditors and ensure audit compliance. Monitor credit control and support receivables management.
Education & Experience
Education
CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com Professional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
8–15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing or Trading industry. Experience in the Steel Industry or other heavy/bulk industries will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP is preferred.
