Production Manager – PP Woven Sack
Job Description
Manage complete PP woven sack production operations. Supervise extrusion, tape line, circular loom, lamination, printing, conversion, stitching, and finishing processes. Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize downtime. Lead production teams while maintaining safety and quality standards. Monitor raw material consumption and reduce production wastage.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience Level
10–18 years of experience in PP Woven Sack, Raffia, or FIBC Manufacturing. Strong expertise in extrusion, tape plant, circular looms, lamination, printing, and stitching processes. Experience in production planning, manpower management, and quality control. Overseas manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
