Production Planning Controller
Job Description
Develop and manage production planning and scheduling activities. Plan machine capacity, manpower, and material requirements. Monitor production progress and ensure timely achievement of production targets. Maintain ERP records, production reports, and documentation. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams. Optimize machine utilization and production efficiency. Identify and implement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Monitor inventory requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related field).
Experience Level
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control. Hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding (Household Products) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and computer applications. Excellent English communication skills. Willingness to relocate for an international assignment.
