Production Manager – Sheet Metal Fabrication
Job Description
Manage end-to-end sheet metal fabrication production operations. Plan and schedule production to meet delivery targets. Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing principles. Supervise shop floor operations and allocate manpower and resources efficiently. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Control production costs and manage departmental budgets.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience Level
7–10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing. 3–5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience within a sheet metal fabrication plant. Strong expertise in production planning, shop floor management, and fabrication operations. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
Additional Information
