Banking & Finance Manager
Job Description
Arrange working capital loans and CAPEX/development financing. Manage corporate banking and treasury operations. Support financing and financial management of new projects. Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Evaluate financing options and optimize capital structure. Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and funding proposals.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience Level
Minimum 7+ years in Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Treasury, or Corporate Finance Experience in Natural Resources, Infrastructure, Heavy Industry, or Mining sectors preferred Proven track record in arranging working capital loans and CAPEX/development finance
Additional Information
Strong understanding of mining sector capital requirements and local financing practices is essential. Experience in corporate finance, treasury, and project finance is mandatory.
