Junior Accountant
Job Description
Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations. Monitor production costs and support cost control initiatives. Process journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts. Ensure compliance with statutory and company financial policies. Assist with internal and external audits.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance), or CA Inter. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or a comparable accounting system.
Experience Level
Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Finance. Experience in the Manufacturing or Trading industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and manufacturing finance. Experience in general accounting, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis.
