Compliance Officer
Job Description
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal procedures. Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits. Monitor regulatory requirements and support implementation of compliance frameworks. Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, management, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Support governance, risk management, and internal control initiatives.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred). Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk, or Governance are an added advantage.
Experience Level
Relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Governance, or Internal Controls. International operations or African market experience is an advantage.
