Group HR Head
Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations. Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives. Oversee performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement programs. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards. Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and organizational development.
Education & Experience
Education
Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Hands-on HR experience working in Nigeria (Mandatory). Experience in the Manufacturing or Industrial sector is mandatory. Proven experience managing multi-location HR operations.
