Logistics Supervisor
Job Description
Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Supervise logistics personnel, transport providers, and contractors. Optimize fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency. Resolve transportation and logistics-related issues promptly. Maintain shipment records, logistics documentation, and inventory movement reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports. Coordinate with project, procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transportation is preferred. Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Experience in EPC, Mining, Construction, or Heavy Engineering projects is preferred. Experience supervising logistics personnel and contractors.
Additional Information
Experience in EPC, Mining, Construction, or Heavy Engineering projects will be an added advantage. Logistics or Supply Chain certification is preferred.
