General Manager – Commercial
Job Description
Lead overall business operations and commercial strategy. Manage P&L and drive profitability and business growth. Oversee Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production functions. Ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Provide strategic direction for edible oils manufacturing operations. Monitor business performance, budgets, costs, and operational efficiency. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure effective coordination between commercial and operational functions.
Education & Experience
Education
Engineering / Food Technology background preferred
Experience Level
10–15 years of overall experience. 5+ years in a senior leadership / General Manager role. Prior experience in Edible Oils / Food Manufacturing is essential.
Additional Information
Strong technical understanding of edible oils production is required. Strong P&L and team management experience is essential.
