Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR operations and HR generalist activities. Develop and implement effective Performance Management Systems (PMS). Lead talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives. Drive employee engagement and retention programs. Develop, implement, and maintain HR SOPs and policies. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues. Support workforce planning and organizational development. Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes. Develop talent development and succession planning initiatives.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience Level
10+ years of HR experience. Strong experience as an HR Generalist within Retail, Wholesale, or FMCG industries. Africa experience will be an added advantage. Candidates from Manufacturing, IT, or Hospitality industries are not preferred.
