Job Description
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement. Oversee business performance, budgeting, and profitability. Lead operational planning, capacity management, and resource optimization. Build and maintain strong customer, supplier, and stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with HSSE, regulatory, and company standards. Oversee operational systems, reporting, and process improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams. Drive strategic initiatives and sustainable business growth.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or an MBA.
Experience Level
8–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or a similar industry. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Additional Information
Senior leadership opportunity based in Zambia. Candidates with strong logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or related operational experience are preferred.
